NDC (now called Grow America) is the most experienced and comprehensive community and economic development non-profit in the US. Since 1969, NDC has been working in under-resourced communities to bring capital and expertise to grow small businesses, build affordable housing and develop social infrastructure, including libraries, city halls, campus buildings, research centers and more.
For many years I worked with the President and CEO Daniel Marsh on messaging and content creation (such as this piece in Planning Magazine co-authored by Dan Marsh, Seth Pinsky of RXR Realty and Luiz Aragon who led New Rochelle’s successful downtown redevelopment masterplan). Primarily I developed and placed high-level thought leadership pieces, project-managed video content and created impact books. Utilizing my contacts and NDC’s deep experience crafting complex financial packages, we worked together on business development efforts with an emphasis on NDC’s non-profit P3 model that has funded more than $2.5 million of social infrastructure projects.
